Most files are transcribed in under 5 minutes. Longer files (2+ hours) may take up to 10-15 minutes. The page updates automatically so you can check back anytime.

What if my file is only 15 minutes long?

No problem. Each paid order has a $2 minimum, based on the combined duration of its files. A standalone 15-minute file costs $2, while a standalone 75-minute file costs $2.50. Multiple files in one order share the order minimum.

How accurate is the transcription?

We use OpenAI's Whisper model, which delivers state-of-the-art accuracy across 90+ languages. Results vary based on audio quality, but clear recordings typically achieve 99.8% accuracy.

What happens if a transcription fails?
