Most files are transcribed in under 5 minutes. Longer files (2+ hours) may take up to 10-15 minutes. The page updates automatically so you can check back anytime.

What if my file is only 15 minutes long?

No problem. The minimum charge is $2 per file, which covers up to 1 hour. So a 15-minute file still costs $2, but a 75-minute file would cost $2.50.

How accurate is the transcription?

What happens if a transcription fails?
